What does the quoted price cover?
Your selected design approach and its listed inclusions, within a written page, feature and asset scope. Local has a fixed price for its stated scope; the other approaches have starting prices. Additional pages, functionality or revisions are priced and agreed before being added.
Who provides the content and assets?
You provide accurate business information and assets you have permission to use. JVR adapts or creates the design at the level described by your package. Copywriting, photography, campaign films and specialist assets are included only when the quotation explicitly lists them.
What are the page limits and revision rounds?
Local includes one page with up to seven standard sections and one revision round. Essential includes two rounds; Studio includes three. Their page allowances, Signature’s revision allowance and what counts as a round are confirmed in the quotation. Extra pages and revisions are separately agreed.
What about hosting, domains and third-party costs?
Domain registration, paid hosting, subscriptions, third-party licences and optional maintenance are separate costs. The quotation identifies who purchases each service, recurring charges and any licence restrictions. A static site may suit free hosting; it does not make every outside service free.
What does foundational technical SEO mean?
Semantic HTML, page titles and descriptions, crawlable content, sitemap, canonical configuration and appropriate structured data. Domain connection and indexing are completed at launch; rankings, traffic and leads are not guaranteed. This is launch preparation, not an ongoing SEO or content-marketing campaign. A custom domain is not needed to prepare these foundations.
When will the site be ready, and how is payment arranged?
Timing depends on agreed scope, asset delivery, access and feedback. The proposal must confirm milestones, the estimated timeline, deposit and final-payment arrangements before work starts. No fixed turnaround or payment percentage is promised here.
What will I receive at handover?
The proposal must list the source or export, access, documentation and launch assistance being handed over. Ownership or transfer rights, the timing of transfer and third-party licence limits must be agreed in writing; this page does not promise unrestricted rights to outside assets or software.
What support follows launch?
Bug-fix coverage, its duration and response expectations must be agreed in the quotation. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately. The proposal must distinguish defects in the agreed build from new features, content changes and third-party service issues.
Can I add bookings, payments or a login?
Yes, these requirements can be scoped through Systems alongside a suitable visual approach. They are separately quoted; a working-looking preview does not include a production backend, payment processing or a confirmed booking system.
Are the demonstrations client commissions?
Each project is labelled. Seven AM, Sora, Zarvaan, GRAIN, FORME and RR Builders are independent demos or concepts. Radiance Solar and Radiance Fincorp are identified client commissions. An example demonstrates an approach, not everything included at its package’s starting price or a business result.
